AllHotels-Inn.com reserves the right at any time to change or discontinue without notice, any aspect or feature of this website. No information shall be construed as advice and information is offered for information purposes only and is not intended for trading purposes. You and your company rely on the information contained on this website at your own risk. If you find an error or omission at this site, please let us know.

Booking procedure

a) Reservations of accommodation or any other travel services made on the website represent an agreement between you and the hotel or the travel services provider directly. AllHotels-Inn is not a party of this contract and not a travel agency, but merely a mediator between you and the hotel or the travel service provider. By making a reservation you authorize us to mediate a booking between you (or any person that you may represent) and the hotel or the travel service provider. §§ 651 a - m BGB (German Civil Code) are not applicable regarding the contract between us and you. It is your responsibility to inform yourself of the terms and conditions of the hotel or the travel services provider before making a reservation, since you are bound by these. It is the responsibility of the hotel to provide you with the accommodation.

b) These are the major orientation points for carrying out an individual booking using the Allhotels-Inn.com website.

We mediate the accommodation from hotel’s inventory at our online AllHotels-inn.com reservation system.
You guarantee your booking by credit card and pay the deposit of your reservation (a percentage of the booking cost) immediately to AllHotels- Inn.com.
The remaining payment will be made during your stay at the hotel, or otherwise according to the policy of the hotel.
The reservation information provided by you must be valid and correct. We are not responsible for any errors and incorrectness.
After you have completed the reservation and received the confirmation voucher, we have no more control over the booking. In cases of alteration, cancellation or any other questions, arising after the reservation took place, you should contact the hotel directly.
In case of a no-show event the hotel is entitled to charge your credit card according to its policy.
The deposit fee paid to AllHotels-Inn.com is non refundable in any case.
Should any problems arise, despite our efforts to process your order, our liability to you, if any, is limited to the 10% deposit you paid.

c) If you are a travel agency, the following modifications of the rules stated above apply:

The travel agency provides us with the non-refundable payment of the 10% deposit after the reservation procedure at our website is completed.
If the cancellation policy of the respective hotel requires the guest to pay a cancellation fee for cancelling the reservation within a certain period of time prior to the first day of the booking, the rest of the payment (90%) must be provided to us by the travel agency before that date. If the reservation was made within this period of time, 100% of the payment is immediately payable.
This payment less the 10% deposit is forwarded to the respective hotel after the guest has left the hotel.

Use of the Website

AllHotels-Inn.com does not make any warranty or representation that information on the website is appropriate for use in any jurisdiction (other than the Federal Republic of Germany). By accessing the website, you warrant and represent to AllHotels-Inn.com that you are legally entitled to do so and to make use of information made available via the website.

Disclaimer of Liability

AllHotels-Inn.com shall not be responsible for and disclaims all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential) or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party (including your company), as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to your access and use of the website, any information contained on the website, your or your company's personal information or material and information transmitted over our system. In particular, neither AllHotels-Inn.com nor any third party or data or content provider shall be liable in any way to you or to any other person, firm or corporation whatsoever for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct or consequential) or expense of any nature whatsoever arising from any delays, inaccuracies, errors in, or omission of any share price information or the transmission thereof, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon or occasioned thereby or by reason of nonperformance or interruption, or termination thereof.
