Completely restored in 2003, the inn is situaded in an ancient building of Venice's historical centre: from this point of departure You will be able to move easiliy around the centre and fully enjoy this unique city. 
The Casa del Melograno, completely restored in 2003, offers its guests wide and quiet rooms, all exquisitely equipped and provided with all comforts: private heating and air-conditioning, private bathroom with tub or shower, hairdryer, satellite TV, direct dial phone, mini-bar, modem connection.  
The rooms overlook, on one side of the building, the Rio de S.Marcuola, a small typical venetian canal ending in the Canal Grande, and, on the other side of the building, our beautiful garden.
A refined fresco enriches the ceiling of the Suite, whose romantic atmosphere is completed by a balcony with sight on the canal.

The Casa del Melograno - Locanda is situated in Venice's historical centre, just a stone's throw from the City's Casino (Palazzo Vendramin Calergi) and from the very lively Strada Nuova, which leads from Piazzale Roma (parking and bus station) to Rialto's bridge. Only a few minutes walk from the inn, our guests will be able to choose among several restaurants and "bacari" of all kind, and to find whatever they may look for.
 
How to reach us:
From the RAILWAY STATION (S.LUCIA) and from the PARKING and BUS STATION (PIAZZALE ROMA) You can reach the inn both with a ten minutes walk and with the public water bus (line 1 or 82), getting off at S.Marcuola stop: from there, walk straight, turn right and cross the "Ponte Storto" bridge.
From the "MARCO POLO" AIRPORT, the inn can be reached:
- with private water taxi
- with public bus (line 5) to the bus station (Piazzale Roma) + public water bus (line 1 or 82) to S.Marcuola stop;
- with "Alilaguna" water bus to S.Marco + public water bus (line 1 or 82) to S.Marcuola stop or a 10 - 15 minutes walk.
