Welcome to our small family run pension where Pinuccia, Simone and Lucia are very happy to meet you. We are located in the centre of Rome.The rooms are located on the 1st floor (with lift) of a 19th century building and have street views. All rooms are extremely spacious with elegant furnishings, they are available with private or shared bathroom (economy). All rooms have a TV and a fan. We will be delighted to suggest you how to spend an unforgettable holiday in the Eternal City.Breakfast and taxes are included in the price

 We are located in the centre of Rome, just 100 metres from St. Peter's Basilica, Vatican Museum and main Rome's attractions within just a few minutes walk.We are in front of exit D subway "Ottaviano/S.Pietro" 5 minutes by subway to Spanish Steps or Trevi's Fountain too!!, well connecteded by bus and underground (subway). Lots of restaurants, pubs, bars and huge shopping area all at walking distance!!
When you arrive in Airport "FIUMICINO-LEONARDO DA VINCI" you can take a train directly to CENTRAL STATION TERMINI ( Euro 9,50 p.p) and when you arrive in TERMINI you take a metro(undergraund LINE " A") direction to "BATTISTINI ", and go-out in OTTAVIANO - SAN PIETRO stop. In the corridor of this metro stop, you take the exit " D " (last exit on the right, first stairs on the left ),SAN PIETRO ROOMS stay in front of this exit, Viale Giulio Cesare n° 62 stairs A - 1st floor.
