The rooms or apartments are located in the heart of Rome, near historic center, close to the metro.
For the hight season the price will be increase of about 20% more.
It's absolutely and strictly necessary write to us at, before any booking, for check the right availability!!!!

Policy

Child policy:

Special discount 10%, for children between 5 to 17 years old, that sleeping in the parent's room. Not avaible in hight season. Free stay for baby from 0 to 4 years old.

Cancellation policy ("non refundable"):

If cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, 100% of all nights will be charged. The total amount of the reservation will be charged after booking and is non-refundable.

For confirm yours reservations, you must send us an email to with yours choise, the estimated time of arrival. After our reply, for confirm yours booking, a deposit it's require. The due amount is 30% of total amount. The reservation is considered valid ONLY on receipt of payment!!! You will must pay on arrival only by cash in Euro the remain amount, we can't accept also any kind of cheque or credit card. Notice be received 60 days before to yours arrive: 25,00 euro; Notice be received 30 days before to yours arrive: 50,00 euro; Notice be received inside 30 days before to yours arrive: 30% of total with a minimum of one day fare.
