1. How do I reserve a hotel room for my client?
Our established reservation process allows you to make a simple and fast booking:

  • Choose your destination and enter your dates on the main page, press "search"
  • You will be taken to a list of all hotels available at the requested time period
  • Inform yourself about desired hotels by clicking on their pictures
  • You will see the property's description, facilities and photos
  • Press the "Book It" button and a reservation form will open in a new window
  • Choose the type and number of rooms, and enter any additional wishes
  • To proceed to the "Confirmation" form press the "Book" button
  • Fill in your company's credit card information in this SECURED form and confirm
  • To complete the booking enter all client's data in the next window "Guest's Data"
  • Your reservation will be confirmed immediately
  • Check your inbox for the confirmation email from AllHotels-Inn, print it out for your records
  • You should issue the client a voucher with the booking number and other reservation details to present upon his arrival at the hotel

2. How can I be sure that my credit card information is secure?
AllHotels-Inn respects your privacy and security. We never give away your private information to any third party. All payment procedures on the website are performed using Internet security encryption provided by Netscape's Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) and Payflow Link. Payflow Link is a secure, VeriSign-hosted, Internet payment solution. It allows you to securely connect to VeriSign's secure server and use it. When you click the Pay button on our Website, you are redirected to a sequence of secure Payflow Link order processing forms hosted on the VeriSign Payment Services servers. When you submit the Payflow Link order form, VeriSign acts as the gateway to the transaction processing networks (much like the swipe machine for physical credit cards). Once the transaction is processed, you are returned to our site. Payflow Link sends you and us e-mail receipts and returns transaction data to our site.

3. How do I know my reservation is confirmed?
Check your inbox for the confirmation email from AllHotels-Inn after completing your reservation. You can then issue an invoice for your client at your own discretion. Remember, you will have to provide your client with a booking voucher so he can present it upon arrival at the hotel.

4. How do booking confirmation and payment transaction work?
Your booking is confirmed by a non-refundable deposit payment of 10% of the total reservation amount. This deposit will be charged from your company's credit card immediately upon booking confirmation.
You will be then notified by email from AllHotels-Inn before the remaining amount will be charged. The transaction will be done according to the cancellation policy of the hotel (usually several days prior to the guest's check-in at the hotel).
If the booking is made less than 14 days before the check-in date, the total reservation amount will be charged immediately upon booking confirmation.
The charged amount serves as a security deposit for the reservation made. The amount will be paid in full to the hotel 3 days after the guest's check-out.

5. How do I get a receipt for the booked hotel room?
The confirmation email contains all payment details and serves as a receipt for services provided by AllHotels-Inn. You can always log in to your account at http://www.allhotels-inn.com/agencies/showbook_a.php in order to check and print your receipts.

6. What about group discounts?
Your client can often benefit from special discounts if he makes a reservation for a larger group (usually more than 5 persons traveling together). Please use the "Make a group request" button on the hotel's page in order to negotiate special conditions for your group.

7. How do I cancel a reservation?
If you decide cancel a reservation, follow the cancellation link in the confirmation email and follow the step-by-step instructions. Cancellation policy conditions of the respective hotel will apply.

8. How do I change hotels?
To change hotels, you will have to cancel your original reservation and book another hotel.

9. Which credit cards are accepted?
You can pay with Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
