4. How many bookings will I receive?
Our websites generate traffic of thousands of unique visitors every day. The success of your listing depends on your description of your hotel, your facilities, your location, rates and availability. Generally, the more detailed and up-to-date information you provide, the more customers will get interested in your hotel.

5. When will I start receiving reservations?
Your property will appear online as soon as you will fill out the registration form and enter rates and availability information. Depending on your rates and location our visitors to will start making confirmed reservations as soon as possible.

6. How much commission do you charge?
We will never charge your business for any services provided. Our service is offered on a commission basis. We charge 10% commission of the order total from the guest's credit card upon instant reservation in your hotel. You will receive only the guest’s confirmed booking and no invoice is sent to the hotel (Your guest pays us, you don't!).

7. Who and when does the guest pay?
The guest pays the remaining invoice total at the hotel according to your own terms and conditions.

8. Are the reservations made on the network guaranteed?
Yes. Every booking is guaranteed by the guest’s credit card. We collect this information to charge deposits and any cancellation or no show fees which may occur.

9. How do I receive notification of bookings and cancellations?
Automatic email and fax notifications will be sent by our system every time a booking (or a cancellation) at your property had been made. You can always view your current and past reservations by logging in to your account at http://www.allhotels-inn.com/hotels/showbook.php. The guest receives an email confirmation voucher which he will present upon arrival at your hotel. This includes a booking number, your contact details and your cancellation policy.

10. I received a booking from a tourist agency, what should I do?
Agency reservations are guaranteed by AllHotels-Inn. We will charge the total amount of the reservation from the provided credit card several days before the checkin date according to your cancellation policy. The charged amount serves as a security deposit for the reservation made and will be paid in full to the hotel 3 days after the guest’s check-out.

11. What rate levels should I set?
Using your account login, you can set different rates for different rooms and dates, according to your considerations on availability, season and local events.

12. Are rates per room or per person?
All rates should be set per room (not per person) and must include local taxes. You can also decide whether breakfast will be included, or set it at an additional price.

13. What happens if a guest cancels or changes their booking?
Automatic email and fax notifications will be sent by our system every time a cancellation (just like a booking) at your property had been made. You can always view your current and past reservations by logging in to your account at http://www.allhotels-inn.com/hotels/showbook.php. We ask you to inform us, if a guest makes a cancellation or a change of rooms directly with you over the phone or by email, so we can return his deposit.

14. How do I charge the guest on cancellation and no show?
In case of a cancellation or no show event, you are entitled to handle the case according to your own cancellation policy. Should you decide to charge any cancellation fees, AllHotels-Inn will provide you all necessary credit card details
of the guest.
